My training began in plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery with a burns centre at Krankenhaus München Bogenhausen under Professor Wolfgang Mühlbauer. Later, as a senior consultant there, I headed craniofacial surgery – a school for precise knowledge of facial anatomy.

Will my health insurance cover the costs?
Purely aesthetic procedures are generally covered neither by basic health insurance (KVG) nor by supplementary insurance. Where does the procedure take place?
